RETURN POLICY
All returns or exchanges must be posted to the Front Room Store.
Please contact the store to confirm your reason for return or exchange with an email or phone call before returning. All returns or exchanges must be within 7 days of purchase. You will need your receipt number.You are also responsible for the postage cost on both returning an item to Front Room and sending back the exchanged item to Front Room Boutique.
Conditions of return:
- Items need to be returned within 7 days from the date you receive it- Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original labels and tickets attached to the item
- Returns will not be processed on items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Orders will be exchanged or a credit note will be given. Credit notes are valid for 2 months.
- No refunds unless faulty - no cash refunds
Please note that all returns must be received at return address within 7 days from the date of Return Authorisation approval. If goods are not received at our return address within this timeframe we may be unable to process your claim, and your garments may be returned to you at your cost, or goods may be forfeited.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in the case of faulty goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty goods.
Please use a reliable method of postage as we are not responsible for any items that go missing or become damaged in transit.
You are also responsible for the cost of returning an item for size, change of style or colour
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a small time frame. Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange your item, please note: We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
